Selena Gomez Drove Herself Crazy After Bieber Split
Selena Gomez strips down — truly and inwardly — for V magazine. In the new issue, the 22-year-old artist opens up about all that she gained from the Justin Bieber period and what lies ahead.

"I think whenever [I have a boyfriend] will be vastly different," she advised her previous Spring Breakers co-star James Franco who played journalist for the day. "That is a growing up sort of thing. I was 18 years of age, and it was my first love. The more seasoned I get, I'm guarding sure things more."
Gomez included she "without a doubt" isn't looking to get into another relationship at any point in the near future. (Surmise that sparkles a light on her current association with music maker/DJ Zedd?)
"It was truly odd yet it was unfathomable," she proceeded of her time with Justin. "I would never take it back in a million years. You live and you learn, you know?"
Despite the fact that Selena doesn't particularly reference the Biebs, its really clear who she is discussing as she was 18 when the two went into their prominent and abundantly discussed relationship.
"When you're youthful and you're being told such a variety of distinctive things... it practically felt like all we had was one another, similar to the world was against us, as it were," she said. "Super fed that I've got a few knocks on me, a few scars, a few wounds. I really adore that… It was extraordinary to experience truly delightful things, and afterward, you know, have the developing torments, in every conceivable way, in every relationship."
Their on-once more, off-again relationship matched with experiencing childhood in the general population eye prompted wretchedness and nervousness for the Disney alum.
"There was such a great amount of going on… You can't resist the opportunity to have a few inconveniences here and there. I don't believe its a smooth methodology for anybody, and it certainly wasn't for me," she conceded. "There were a couple of months where I was somewhat discouraged, where I wouldn't leave [my home] as much… I think I made myself insane for a tiny bit. It was only simpler to say, 'Hey, do you psyche hurrying to the market and lifting some stuff up? I would prefer not to get captured.'"
In January 2014, Selena finished a mystery stretch in recovery, in spite of the fact that a rep for the star shot down gossipy tidbits it was for substance ill-use. At the same time, after one year, Selena sees only sunny skies ahead.
"I think this year will be unimaginable. I feel the best I've ever felt in my life," she told the mag. "I don't read anything about me any longer by any means. I don't invest my energy tiptoeing around specific things, in light of the fact that the things I'm going to do aren't terrible," she imparted.
